There are many veterans who can benefit by the new veterans G.I. Bill as it will certainly assist our nations veterans towards achieving their occupational goals. However, there are many of these men and women who are either physically or mentally unable to fit in or do not have the capacity to handle continued formal education or fully experience the benefits of the G.I. Bill. THEREFORE, the (W4LP) organization was formed by Disabled Veterans who want to help other Disabled Veterans through job creation.

Our Foundation will create hundreds of "green jobs" for the approximately 741,000 disabled veterans through the establishment of a national manufacturing company with many branches across the country. We will have the exclusive manufacturing rights to manufacture a SUSTAINABLE, GREEN, ENERGY SAVING, building products hereby generically named Thura Goods. We will place these manufacturing plants across the nation, beginning with those areas of the country, with high population densities and where the building climate is healthy. We want to train other veterans to use this product in the construction of homes and buildings. This will allow us to train these disabled veterans to become the electricians, plumbers, and mechanical tradesmen, as well as using the product for small and large scale construction. Each of these business locations will provide "green jobs" in many areas other than the manufacturing process.

Our product is to be totally void of hazardous material, and is fully recyclable, without adding to landfill waste. This product will be sold regionally to contain shipping costs and will be quickly accepted in any of the building markets, area architects, and engineers. Use of this product is comparable (and often lower) to the cost of existing frame construction, with many added features.
