Work 4 Life has obtained a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) with inventor Gifford Ludwigsen and PEI Worldwide for free and clear turn-key facility franchise rights to manufacture THURA Products.

1. Secure exclusive manufacturing right for the recyclable, green, energy saving and non toxic THURA-Product line.
• Have Founder Barry Hemphill  obtain memorandum of agreement (MOA) with inventor Gifford Ludwigsen and PEI Worldwide for free and clear turn-key facility franchise rights to manufacture THURA Products.
2. Secure eight million dollars in donations and financing to build and support the manufacturing plant.
   • Expand the private donor and partnership base and corporate contributions that add to the financial resources of Work 4 Life Program.
3. Provide more "green jobs" and benefits to veterans groups while generating dollars to build two or three more plants.
   • Work 4 Life Program focus on creating employment opportunities by working with vocational rehabilitation and other veterans groups such as wounded warriors to counsel, prepare and train disabled veteran to enter (or Renter the work force.
