Work 4 Life Program (W4LP) Foundation expects to work within a large potential donor base that consists of individuals from all walks of life and several age, cultural, gender and racial groups. This expectation is based upon the following:

• Tens of thousands of Americans have a close friend or relative that is a disabled war veteran
• Millions of Americans have friends and family members who have served in the armed forces
• Public perception about various military conflicts does not greatly affect public support for the soldiers wounded in those conflicts
• Americans from nearly every walk of life have served in the military over several decades, including urban blue collar workers, farm and agricultural workers and business owners, white collar employees, entrepreneurs, executives, teachers, doctors, lawyers and career military

(W4LP) also expects wide support from corporate America, from Congress and from the military. The mission speaks not only to current problems and short-falls in the benefits and services available to disabled veterans, but unlike so many other voices in fray over these issues, actually provides a solution. Best of all, the solution proposed by Work 4 life Program is:

• Scalable and cost-efficient

(W4LP) will begin with one operation (see below) but the model is flexible and scalable, with the capability to expand into any community where there is a significant group of disabled veterans and a potential business partner.

• Broad-based enough to serve many types of disabled veterans

(W4LP) will also be a broad-based organization capable of employing veterans with widely different skills and talents. Operating a business requires multiple talent sets, including management, labor, marketing, sales, operations and human resources. The opportunities available through (W4LP) will be as wide as the talents, skills and experience of our constituents.

• Self-sustaining

While the organization itself will be dependent on donations at the outset, over time the profits generated by the manufacturing plants and other auxiliary businesses operations will increasingly sustain the entity. (W4LP) will continue to raise funds through donors in order to expand business development efforts and serve more veterans across the country. However, within just a short time (W4LP) should be sustained by its share in the revenues from the business it operates. Donated funds will thus increasingly go toward services and benefits to veterans groups and to expanding business development operations into new communities.

• Politically neutral

(W4LP) is a politically neutral organization that will focus on assisting veterans and service disabled veterans.  Work 4 Life Program Foundation is not affiliated with any political party, nor will it contribute directly to a political party. (W4LP) expects to receive positive coverage in state legislatures and in Congress among all political parties. Similarly, we expect that donations will come from the entire political spectrum in the U.S.

• Job creating

(W4LP) will create thousands of "green jobs" for people who have been difficult to employ. This will enhance our communities, add to our local, state and federal tax rolls, reduce the burden on public services and health services and also create additional "green jobs" for non-veterans.
